Hybrid Working
Optional home working for up to two days a week, the rest of the week office-based to help support and mentor junior staff and collaborate as a team.

We are a forward-thinking agency producing high-quality design solutions for over 27 years. We seek a self-motivated and adaptable Web Developer to complement our ambitious and growing digital team.
As a key team member, you’ll collaborate closely with our account managers, project managers, and digital and design staff to provide clients with the best solutions. You will be helping us deliver some exciting and challenging projects. We are here to help support and develop you.
You will
- Report to our Web Director, and work closely with the wider team on a broad range of projects
- Be responsible for taking projects from brief to completion, accurately reproducing UI designs
- Be scheduled to work on a wide variety of projects, giving you exposure to different types of clients, sectors, and brands, and learning how they work
- Create digital solutions that meet or surpass our clients’ expectations
- Identify and fix bugs and work on ad-hoc updates and feature requests for existing projects
- Critique and quality check your work and that of others
- Be responsible for ensuring the execution of your work is of high quality, efficient and works across a range of devices
- Support the broader team at all project stages, as required

Who We're Looking For
- Minimum two to three years of commercial experience as a developer, ideally in an agency environment
- A solid grounding in responsive HTML5 and CSS3, ideally familiar with SASS
- JavaScript/jQuery experience, React/Vue a plus
- Core understanding of good user experience and accessibility
- Familiarity with common content management systems, specifically WordPress
- Experienced with PHP, ideally understanding OOP fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving and mathematical skills
- Familiarity with Version Control
- Worked with APIs
- Solid communication skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and improve
- An excellent eye for detail
