Simon Shaw - Managing Director

Simon has 18 years’ experience as a graphic designer and ten years as the head of Optima. Originally from Lincoln, he returned to the county to set up the firm after two spells of work in London. He has worked with agencies on major accounts such as British Airways, the Department of Social Security and British Gas. His work was punctuated by two years of round-the-world travel including South America and Vietnam.
