One potato, two potato, three potato, four! Optima have rolled out a tate-tastic fleet of new lorry livery designs for Branston.
Following on from success at the British Motor Transport Awards (where the Branston fleet of designs beat off stiff competition to win the 2011 Livery of the Year Award) we’ve been busy designing a Best of British and Track and Field-themed fleet to celebrate the Diamond Jubilee and a great year of sport.
Branston's Account Director, Jo Parish, said: "The Branston potato lorry liveries have really caused a stir. We had no idea they would be so popular! We've had lots of emails from members of the public saying how great the designs are.
"When we approached Optima Design we wanted to give our lorries a new, contemporary theme which would appeal to a younger audience.
“The first few livery designs highlighted some key nutrition messages about potatoes followed by a selection of iconic fun-filled themes such as "I'm a Potato - get me out of here!"
"The idea behind the latest livery designs was to create a bit of British fun with the Diamond Jubilee and Olympics just around the corner," added Jo.
All the designs can be seen on our Optima Facebook page. Have you spotted them out on the road yet? Which is your favourite? Let us know what you think by adding your comments on our Facebook page!
