We put creativity and passion into everything we do from the designs we create to our hold music. We form close relationships with our clients in order to understand them and the markets they are communicating with. This enables us to build clear, consistent brands and create intelligent, business-led solutions.
We have a strong team with clearly defined roles and our clients have access to people from all areas of the business.
Account Managers
All of Optima’s clients have a dedicated account handler. This person will get to know you and your brand and be your main point of contact, without becoming a barrier between you and other members of the team. If you would like to speak directly with the designer working on your job to discuss amendments that’s fine, in fact we encourage it. Our account handlers will agree goals and objectives with you and are there to support and keep you informed throughout. The Account Management team are backed up with powerful project management system and support staff to ensure everyone is always kept up-to-date.

The Studio
The studio is the creative engine where the magic happens! We employ talented designers with different skills and at different stages of their career to give us a balanced team that can deliver a range of creative projects in both print and online. Our Creative Director leads the team in the creation of ideas and acts on the behalf of the client developing the creative output into well thought out solutions that fit the purpose.

Support
Led by our Finance Director, our dedicated support staff work with the Studio and Account Team to ensure that the processes are in place to make your project run smoothly and to ensure that the final product is on-time and on-budget.
Our dedicated Estimator will produce detailed costings, prior to commencing any project, and will take care of the project specification throughout its lifetime, updating you of any changes which take place which effect the cost.
Our Production Manager will schedule each stage of your project to timelines based around your needs, or as the project dictates, and deals with third party suppliers to look after your project when it leaves our building.

Optima have retained a Top 100 position in the Annual Drum Top Design Agencies - at 88. But more encouragingly they have been ranked in the Top 50 in the new Agency Client review.
